Dr. Ashley is a dedicated Bay Area healthcare professional with a strong commitment to improving individuals' health and well-being. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology Exercise Science from California State University, Long Beach, and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in Austin, Texas.
Dr. Ashley's passion for ongoing education has led her to specialize in Myofascial Decompression Certification and Cup Therapy, which are proven to rejuvenate tissue, enhance fascial mobility, and alleviate pain. Her expertise also includes the American Balance Institute's Vestibular and Concussion Certification, enabling her to serve a diverse and inclusive clientele.
