PROGRESSIVE MOTION POLICIES

NO-SHOW POLICY

You will be charged in full if you do not show up for an appointment.

 

LATE POLICY

If you are late for your session, we will do our best to accommodate you for the time you have left without penalizing the following guest. Guests who are over 20 minutes late will be asked to reschedule their appointment and will be charged a cancellation fee.

 

SICK POLICY

Reschedule your appointment if you are feeling ill or have been exposed to COVID-19. Please let us know as soon as possible if you have tested positive for COVID-19, are waiting for test results, developing symptoms, or even considering canceling or rescheduling. This is VERY important––our team is paid for their time no matter what. We can help you determine if we can honor your appointment. We appreciate your respect for our time and commitment to providing you with exceptional service. Thank you for helping us keep our community as safe as possible. Your safety is always our first priority.

 

PAYMENT & BOOKING POLICIES

We require a credit card on file in order to book all appointments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and HSA cards. We reserve the right to adjust your start time to accommodate this (usually up or down 30 mins to an hour; of course we'll let you know if we have to do this). Rescheduling does not relieve you from your appointment(s) commitment if you are inside the cancelation penalty window. 

 

NEW GUESTS POLICY

To ensure your full time with the therapist, please fill out your registration form that was sent via email prior to your appointment. If not, your time with your therapist will be reallocated for the time needed to fill out the registration form.

 

GIFT CARD/PACKAGE POLICY

Non-Refundable: Gift cards and packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

Lost or Stolen Cards: Gift cards must be presented at the time of service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

 

Value: The value of the gift card and/or package is set at the time of purchase and is applicable towards any services or products offered by Progressive Motion.

 

Partial Redemption: Should the cost of a service exceed the value of the gift card or package, the recipient is required to pay the difference. If the cost is less, the remaining balance will remain on the gift card for future use.

 

We do allow sharing of packages or upgrading of pre-purchased packages.  You must use the amount and session purchased. Package purchase expires one year from the purchase date. 

 

REFUND POLICY

Since we are a service-based business, Progressive Motion cannot offer refunds for services or gift cards. Gift cards, memberships, packages and store credit are non-transferable.

 

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without explanation.
